Full Spectrum Reproductive Care

Meet Izzi
Hello! My name is Izzi. I use ze/zir and he/him pronouns. I’m white, trans, neurodivergent, and disabled, and am passionate about making perinatal care accessible for families during their reproductive journeys. I have always been passionate about birth and the reproductive process, and am excited to be able to offer care to families that is accessible, clear, and supportive of your specific health and care needs. I have been trained with BADT (Birth Advocacy Doula Training), and am looking forward to hearing from you!

BIRTH SUPPORT

I believe that everyone deserves care, support, and tending while they go through their own personal birth journey unique to them. While I do have a standard "things to cover" during my visits they are very much tailored to each individual. Maybe that means siting at home and doing a baby project as we talk, going on a walk, a mix of things or something else entirely. As a disabled neurodivergent person myself I know that there is not one way that fits all.

My time with you includes

Virtual support over text, email, and video chat during your entire journey of prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum into the future.

2-3 prenatal visits
-
including going over birth plan, creating birth intentions, answering questions, helping you prepare emotionally and physically, and talking about what to expect postpartum.
Labor and birth
-
I am on call for your birth starting two weeks before your expected due date until baby comes.
-
You let me know when you are ready for me to come and join you. We will also be in touch throughout as you are deciding when you are ready for more support.
1-2 postpartum visits
-
including how you are doing back at home, supporting emotionally and physically through the new stage of your life.
-
assisting you in making sure there is a plan going forward into your postpartum journey, or reevaluating and adjusting any existing plans as needed.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

You have just gone through a life changing event. No matter what your family looks like, you deserve support navigating this very exhausting time in your life. With everything going on in your body and having a whole new person to take care of, it can be very hard to handle with little to no sleep. This is where I come in.

Overnight Care

I come to you at your house late in the evening and stay till early morning (8hrs minimum)

During this time I care for baby while you sleep, including soothing and helping baby to sleep, feeding baby a bottle or bringing baby to you to nurse, assisting in pumping and putting away milk, washing feeding supplies, and light laundry as time allows. Caring for baby will always be my priority and other tasks will happen depending on how baby is sleeping.

Sliding scale: $45-65 per hour
